What we'll ask you for
To create your business: name, email, phone, address, and a description of what you offer. To pay you: RUC, DV, and a bank account in the business's name. The payment details can wait until just before your first sale.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to start?
Nothing to register. We take 15% commission on each sale, and 5% on memberships you sell to your own customers. No sale, no commission.
Do I need a tax ID?
Yes — to pay you out we need your RUC and DV and a bank account in the business's name. You can create the business first and complete those details before your first sale.
When do I get paid?
The customer pays at purchase, so the sale is collected before they walk in. Settlements to your bank account and every payment are recorded under Finance in the portal.
What if someone books and doesn't show?
You mark the reservation as a no-show from the portal. The no-show policy then applies automatically, according to what you configured for that offer.
Can I control how many I sell?
Yes. You set how many units to sell in total, a daily cap, and the hours bookings are allowed at each branch.
