Buying, reserving, and redeeming a deal: step by step
What happens from choosing a deal through using it at the business.
1. Confirm the deal
Open the deal page and review price, savings, inventory, dates, benefits, limitations, and locations. The buy button takes you to a final summary; saving or sharing a deal does not create a purchase.
2. Pay and find your purchase
After an approved payment, OfiOferta adds the entitlement to your wallet and creates a receipt. If payment does not complete, no usable redemption is issued.
3. Reserve when needed
Some deals allow direct use while others require a date, time, party size, and location. Your wallet shows the correct flow. Respect the cancellation window to avoid losing availability.
4. Present the code securely
Generate the code or QR when you are ready to use the deal and show it to authorized staff. Do not publish screenshots of the code. Once validated, the item becomes redeemed and you can leave a verified review.
