Offers and availability
Offer prices, limits, blackout dates, reservation rules, refund rules, and expiration windows are controlled by the published offer terms. Availability can vary by business location and date.
Payments and redemptions
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Wallet entitlements, reservations, QR tokens, and redemptions are validated by OFI and the participating business before use.
Business and admin operations
Businesses are responsible for accurate offer content, locations, availability, staff access, and fulfillment. OFI administrators may review, approve, reject, pause, or archive offers for operational, legal, or safety reasons.
Changes
These terms are a starting policy and should be reviewed by counsel before production launch. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
